Hello all, you may have heard about an alternative version of the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) going around. We were initially skeptical about the privacy of the data, but the company has addressed that issue and we believe it’s safe to respond. THe survey can be found here.
From the NAAE President: “We discussed this survey previously and decided not to disseminate it because they wanted us to give them peoples emails. Now, entering a personal email is required, but you can select what email you provide and it is only used for data clean-up. The emails are encrypted and are only accessible by 2 people at the organization. They will be deleted after data clean-up”.
