Bargaining Unit Members! Get ready! As an emergency response Agency, APHIS employees can be “called-out” to assist on emergency TDYs. The US is currently facing an unprecedented Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) outbreak and mandatory emergency deployments are about to occur within the ranks of PPQ. NAAE is working with the Agency and advising Bargaining Unit Employees (BUEs) of their rights under the NAAE Collective Bargaining Agreement.
